YICK TING FAI JEFFREY

█ Jeffrey principally engages in Hong Kong listing projects (including IPO on both Main board and GEM board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as well as transfer listing from GEM board to Main board) and assists in listing rules compliance of Hong Kong listed companies (including continuing obligations, notifiable transactions, connected transactions, share options schemes, open offers and share subdivision). Jeffrey’s practice also covers mergers and acquisitions matters (including mandatory unconditional general offer) and other corporate finance matters (including but not limited to preparation of documents relating to placing of shares, convertible bonds, and issuance of warrants).
█ Jeffrey successfully handled a number of IPO projects including four Main board cases, three GEM board cases and three transfer listing cases.

█ Jeffrey also has experience in handling SFC investigation cases on insider dealing and other SFC offences. Before establishing Yick & Chan, Jeffrey worked in both international and reputable local law firms and is currently an independent non-executive director of China Eco-Farming Limited (08166.HK). Jeffrey obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in surveying from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2007. He subsequently obtained the Juris Doctor degree as well as the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2009 and 2010. He was admitted to the High Court of Hong Kong as qualified to practice as a solicitor in 2012. He has also passed the Greater Bay Area Legal Qualification Examination. He speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

CHAN WAI KIN KEN

█ Ken’s practices focus on contentious commercial matters such as shareholder disputes, commercial contract disputes, employment disputes, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters. He also handles matrimonial, regulatory and criminal litigation, including SFC regulatory investigation and ICAC investigation.
█ Ken holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Queen Mary, University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Competition Law from King’s College London, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also passed Bar A of the Singapore Bar Examinations.
█ Ken speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
█ Ken has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Appeal Tribunal Panel of Section 45 the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123), member of the Appeal Tribunal Panel of Section 7A of the Housing Ordinance (Cap. 283) as well as the Panel of Adjudicators of Obscene Articles Tribunal.

█ Brandon graduated with his bachelor degree at the University of Warwick in 2007. Brandon obtained his PCLL from the City University of Hong Kong in 2008. Brandon also obtained his Masters degree at University College London in 2009. Brandon was admitted as a solicitor in 2011.
